Frank said, "I know who Hannah Montana is and know that her real name is Miley Cyrus and that her dad is Billy Ray Cyrus, I also know her show on the Disney Channel because he hear her Best of Both Worlds song just about every night from the family television. But what I didn't know was how really crazy her fans are."
When the Hannah Montana Concert Tour came through Salt Lake City, Utah on October 27, 2007, many people like Frank found out it was to late, the tickets had sold out. So Frank decided once he heard about the new Hannah Montana 3D Movie that he would beat the rush. So he thought he would get online and find a website that helped him stay in front of the game when it came to this Hannah Montana stuff. Frank got online and found a great website.
